Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), electronics and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approval of refunds is subject to compliance with our Return Policy and verification of the product’s condition.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and Zauro.in shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of Zauro.in. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, is damaged due to misuse, or is returned outside the specified return window.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No General Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfilment process and direct supplier shipping model, Zauro.in does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or non-defective products.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing details carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligible Returns (Limited Cases Only)

Replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The item received is defective or non-functional
  • The wrong product was delivered

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Failure to provide sufficient proof within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Slight cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Refused COD deliveries
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Refund & Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, where applicable.
  • Refunds (if granted) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification.

All refund and replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of Zauro.in.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
